A light from the shadows shall spring..."

She became addicted to opiates at nineteen.  This talented smart young woman in her twenties triumphed over drugs and has remained clean and sober for 3 1/2 years. Grateful that she received a second chance in the form of recovery in place of a future in jail, the gutter, or dying, she has given back by using her talents to raise and train service dogs for children with autism.

A touching first person account that will inspire and give hope to all those who have been affected by alcoholism or addiction.
